There has been this thought going through my head as I write an new idea down today. Do stories really need chapters? I mean, I really like chapters, it's a poop sometimes naming them, but I do like them.
Yet, as I write Paranormally Haunted I wonder, how can I name them? It's a live show you see, I had the idea of naming them after what part of the show they at recording. For example, when they do pieces to camera, the walk around, possessions etc.
But what do you think as readers? Are chapters and names important? I think they are, I just have these random thoughts sometimes. Haha!

I think chapters, in a sense, are important as they create a break in the story. They provide a good place to change the point of view and change scenes as well as giving the reader a good place to stop reading. As for the names, none of my chapters have names. It's not necessary. =)
