So now I have the pleasure of having quite a good phone. I have so many cool apps including this one. Now I can blog and keep you all updates more often.
Let's face it, I was a terrible blogger.
So I have decided to branch out in the genre world. I wrote a romance for national novel writing month last year. To be honest it was really nice, not too cheesy or smutty. It was rather sweet, almost teenager/young adult. Or any woman who likes a big of sweet romance. I feel inspires to write another so I'm putting another together as a side project.
Now the novel I am quite excited to start writing is a horror/thriller. Depending on how it turns out will decide which of the two it is. So far my research has been fruitful and I think this will be a great project to write. It might be slightly cliché here and there and I guess as an author I have to give in and admit novels sometimes need to have familiar clichés. I do like the fact this genre has alot of solo character point of views, like it's one person alone in a house that kind of thing. There's mind trips to play with and everything.
Its going to be an interesting journey that's for sure. I have been creating character profiles and the rough plot out line. I just have to talk to a few more people and read a few more articles in the library and the journey will begin.
