We need to make just a little time for ourselves just to have a little think, a moment of serenity or just a little laugh. I like to have these moments while sitting on the loo..... Its true! It's the one place where (normally) I won't be bothered or have that melody of 'Mummy' sung at me, it's just a few minutes of me....... In that space...... No phone...... Nothing.
So a random thought for you to ponder while on the throne, chopping onions, or even brushing your teeth.
How does nature actually work? I understand it on a scientific level and even a spiritual level. But think of it for a second.......... Its magic!
